This wasn’t as hard as the other hand-held close-ups I’ve done in the past several days. The sun was very bright, so I had the luxury of increasing the f-stop to have the barbs that pointed towards and away from me in focus.

A few hours before the party that my aunts and uncles threw for me and my Fiancée. My aunt was overseeing the catering (she runs a business), and had this Greek-inspired fountain placed on the buffet table.

It’s late in the evening and I was still at the office. I was getting hungry, so I went to the break room to grab the dinner I packed for myself.

While microwaving my food, I spotted these used birthday candles on top of the microwave oven. I decided to borrow them for Project 365.

Too bad indigo was missing. I’d have had all colors of the rainbow.
