The Midnight Run Project 365

This is one of many artistic structures near the local library. It was a bright, sunny day, and there was a gentle breeze animating the sculpture.

It’s Cinco de Mayo, so my wife and I used the occasion as an excuse to eat out at a Mexican restaurant.

The one we went to had what I think is an Aztec-inspired wall hanging, which I photographed. Many of the patrons watched with curiosity as I took several exposures, but I don’t care. I had my picture for the day.

We went to my aunt’s for a birthday party. They had this new wood carving in their living room.

My fiancée and I ran out of food and had to eat out for dinner.

We walked a short distance to a local sub shop. On the way back, I thought I’d take a picture of this stone lion near the local library, which I’ve always wanted to photograph at night.
